I was only informed about the diagnostic charge of $69 when I made the appointment. The warranty charge wasn't revealed until I was paying the bill. I don't think people who pay your company for a yearly service contract should be subject to these charges.

He is polite, efficient and an excellent troubleshooter who was able to resolve our problems caused by the poor services provided by other local a/c companies. This was our first time using Air Rescue, and it won’t be the last. I had heard a radio commercial about this company on the MJ morning show and I’m glad I did.

He also checked ducts and insulation in attic, confirming no repairs were needed. He also quoted on a part which would allow monthly "cleaning" of the drainage line since the coolant formula contains something which frequently coagulates causing drain line to clog. Only things which would have improved the experience is if wires had been properly connected during most recent maintenance service or if service fee was waived/reduced due to the issue being result of mistake by previous technician. But those aren't a reflection on Teshawn.
