To be fair he checked system for an hour and came to same conclusion as myself that it was the heating coil telling me he would have to speak to a person who would then have to order the part which could take days my unit I bought three years ago when the company was named Plan B I paid $7000 with a 10 year warranty. They don’t even have their paperwork together yet and was asking for mine, which was the copy. I want them to get the original invoice from Plan B. They should have records if they’re taking them over and to give me the proper service I was promised in the warranty.

I couldn't have asked for any-1 better.... If you had more than 5 stars//I would've doubled it--!!

Glenn was very professional and thorough with options and analysis. Unfortunately, we had to spend quite a chunk of money that we weren't planning on. But HVAC is vital in Florida, so we are thankful to have a new high-quality system installed.
