Called company back a few times to inquire why I was not quoted just a repair cost, but could never get through! Phone goes to voice-mail which then tells you their mailbox us full. Another reputable company came out and had my system running in a few minutes! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SIMPLY COLLECTING TRIP FEES AND RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. STAY AWAY!!!

I called Advanced on Saturday afternoon and was told to email a picture to get a price on replacing it. Here it is Monday morning and still no return of call. They advertise 24 hour service. They may be a good company but they don't live up to their 24 hour emergency service. I was finally able to get a friend over on Sunday to help me replace the water tank.
