  I connected with Casey at ACM before remodeling a new home to schedule an asbestos test. Throughout the entire process, Casey was prompt and transparent in her communication. The test results came back quickly and the entire process was exceptional. Thanks!

  My husband and I have a Jacuzzi against the back of our home on our back patio we noticed a leak a few months back. Then a couple weeks ago during our stay at home order we noticed some black spots on the inner walls of our home opposite of our jacuzzi. We called ACM environmental services and spoke with Julie , she was not only professional is addressing our concerns, she was also very personable. Obviously during this crisis that the world is going through, it was nice to have someone on the other end of the phone that seemed to genuinely care and not shrug us off like it wasn’t an issue to address just because of what’s going on. With that said we called on a Saturday and a technician by the name of Jack was sent out to take samples and see how bad our problem may or may not be. As it turned out the black spots we had noticed on the inner wall were not mold nor were they caused by the spung leak, they were smudges on the wall caused by us moving furniture. Long story short he could have given us a run for our money considering the obvious, but he didn’t!! Would definitely recommend to friends and family members.

  Very very overpriced price gouging very unprofessional mold test took 9 days for results could not get a call back from the supervisor after a week of calling. Do not use this company I would not recommend
