Our AC stopped working so we called Del-Air to diagnose the issue. Jenaire was the consummate professional explaining the issue and best resolution. Nobody likes an unexpected repair, but having a trusted service representative who acts with integrity makes it less stressful.

Last year, I had a very frustrating experience with this company and left a 1-star review after ongoing AC issues that weren’t properly resolved.
Fast forward to today, John completely turned that experience around.
John took the time to thoroughly diagnose a very intermittent issue. Instead of guessing or trying quick fixes, he carefully observed the system in action and identified the real problem: a failing fan motor/module. Once replaced, the system has been running smoothly and consistently.
What stood out most was his professionalism, honesty, and patience. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work, and made sure the issue was actually fixed before closing the job.
Because of John, I’m confidently updating my review from 1 star to 5 stars. This is what true customer service and technical expertise look like.

I scheduled an appointment on Monday night because I was worried I might have a refrigerant leak. I was told it would cost $79 for them to come out. They were supposed to arrive between 8-12 on Tuesday. They showed up at 3 PM and took everything apart to diagnose the issue. At this point, they told me that my warranty would most likely be void because it had been over a year since someone had come out to look at it. I was quoted over $12K in repairs for a system that this company installed just over 2.5 years ago, when the home was built. Additionally, they claimed one of the main parts they needed could take months to arrive. They even said they don't carry this brand for this reason (not true, they are even listed as authorized dealers for this brand). They also said a new system would be slightly cheaper ($11,900), and then later offered me about $9,500 for a new system. I felt uneasy about the situation and that I was being misled, so I asked to think on it for the night. They left everything unplugged, so the home got much hotter very quickly. They also charged me $99 instead of the $79 I was told in writing, so that was another red flag. I called another company that came out the next day on time and gave me a much narrower window to work with. Within a couple of hours, he diagnosed the issue and repaired it for less than $900. A tiny fraction of what Del-Air quoted. I would not use this company again. It seems like they are trying to make big sales rather than build trust and satisfaction in the community. Choose another company that values your time and money.
Delair was very professional from start to finish. Oscar and Lazaro were genius, absolutely hard working guys, very professional, worked late nights, and even cleaned up really late after finishing the install. Replaced entire HVAC unit, air handler, air vents and thermostate. It is great to see this work etihcs in today’s competitive marketplace. Would highly recommend to call Del-Air for any heating / cooling system work.

Routine 6-month HVAC check per existing preventative maintenance plan. Tech discovered compressor windings were bad and leak developing in air handler of home's original 10 y/o system. Options were "band-aid" repair for aprx $4K and potential for catastrophic failure in <6 months or full system replacement with transferable warranty for <$14K. Took latter option with installation sked for 9 Mar.
Del-Air tech for check and assessment on 6 Mar, Jeanaire, was absolutely superb!! Courteous, knowledgeable, and totally dedicated to customer satisfaction! A true credit to the company!
