  If You want to have poor and incomplete service this is the company, the owner Is a real monky in service Quality. Do not waste your Money and time with this cave man company. Call Simeone else. They only listen to what they want. For warranty customers and any other customer, this contractor is just a nightmare

  Mike, the owner did not come back and install the cover for my AC unit on the outside which I paid in full. My duct work has been exposed to the outside elements for year 1/2. I've made several calls to Mike where he promise he would be over or some excuse why he can't come fix the problem. I will never do business with this company again or recommend this black own company. Poor customer service. I which I can give them a zero!

  Keep away from this place they are crooks , lie and dont know what they are doing!. Called them to fix my refrigerator lights and made me buy a door switch which did not fix issue came back and still did not fix problem was told “ he did not build refrigerator” yet did not waste anytime cashing my check. Was told the trip fee was free lies! I spent $138 and NOTHING WAS FIXED! Their 5 star rating is a lie !!!! SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!

  Michael, takes business seriously, and is personable and professional. Always judge a business by how well they treat the small things, and Michael gets 11 out of 10. I had an issue with removing a washer from the pipes, something many handyman services were charging almost 100$ for. My pipes weren’t the most forward thing to work with, and I was weary of water damage. He walked me through it as if I was his hands…for what others charged 100$ for, he said it was an issue that shouldn’t be charged for, that is someone who is people oriented, not simply $. He has something that is rare in business, and that is integrity. If you’re looking for someone to help your repair needs, who will not simply look at you as another service sale, look no further. I am extremely grateful to him, and I found the ONLY person I will call for any repairs in the future. Thanks michael, it’s rare to find people in business willing to help even when other businesses try to charge for every little thing. You’re different.

  Honestly could not be happier with the service and overall experience. Mike asked questions and diagnosed my issues straight away over the phone and he really knows his stuff. Instead of patching and allowing an issue to continue he took great care of me. Highly recommend.
