The original representative said his supervisors wanted me to return and repurchase for the credit, which was ridiculous. All I wanted was to get a paper transaction for the difference. Why would a company wanted to pay a shipper to pick up and return, then reorder (a non-stocked) item, then have it reshipped and redelivered…..a little bit absurd and costly for Furguson. I finally was able to get a customer service rep Joseph Schlesser to help. He was able to take charge and get the paper credit. He was able get me the large differential for the sale price credited to my credit card. One and done Thanks Joseph, for a newer representative, you handled the issue like a seasoned pro.
