The initial location for the handicap bars was off so they came back and redid the bars and the one wall so my could access the shower more easily. That follow up shows they are serious about customer satisfaction.

He was very professional and very considerate about keeping his work area clean. He was very diligent working straight thru from start to finish. I was appreciative of his follow up with cleaning instructions and warranty. I do think the price is on the high side, but thus far I am happy overall.
