- EAEric AndersonMar 18, 20261.0Very disrespectful phone operator.I had an toe for yesterday but never received any call back about the tow when I called today.The operator had no understanding and just kept telling me that they called and I didn’t pick up.Ive had atleast 3 tows from this company in the last 4 month and have never had this problem.I even received text messages from the tow driver prior to the tow the last two times.I was told to call another tow company and was hung up on.
