  Our office AC went out during a massive meeting and the room was becoming unbearable. Cooper’s dispatched a repair team immediately to the 32309 location. They identified a refrigerant leak and patched it while we were on our lunch break. The office environment was restored to a comfortable temperature by the afternoon. Highly professional execution.

  literally the fastest plumbing response in tallahassee fr. my shower was backed up and they fixed the clog in like ten minutes. the worker was super professional and the price was right.

  Jonathan Bell came out and spent most of Saturday fixing our unexpected mess ( clog with backup and broken pipe which involved digging up the yard). He was so professional and helpful. No one wants to have an emergency but if you do, you want someone like him to save the day.

  The crisp air conditioning finally kicked back on after our thermostat died on a sweltering Tuesday. The specialist provided a few different replacement options without trying to upsell me on unnecessary features. The installation was handled with absolute precision and the digital interface is incredibly easy to use. The lobby of their office is also remarkably tidy. A highly functional business model.

  I was a customer for a couple of years but began to experience poor service. The final straw was after I contacted Cooper's one Saturday evening to request an emergency appointment. I explained the situation including the fact that we had to turn off our water to prevent damage to our home. I was told the technician was finishing up on his lunch break but should arrive within 20-30 minutes. After an hour, I reached back out to get an ETA. The representative then told me that the technician was no longer able to come back out, but I could call on Monday to schedule an appointment. Once my Cooper's Club membership ended, I told them that I did not want anyone else to contact me because I would never do business with them again. I have asked via text and calls several times to stop mailing, texting and calling me with offers but they won't stop reaching out. Can someone from Cooper's please make this stop?! My account is under with J. Holland or M. Holland.
