Of course this was on a Friday evening, but I reached out anyway and left a message with Brown Plumbing that afternoon. I was surprised to get a call back first thing Monday morning saying a technician was on their way. Our tech, Richard A., was great. He was able to locate the crack in the pipe and replace it all by lunchtime. Overall we were very pleased with the timeliness, professionalism and the quality of the work. Highly recommend Brown Plumbing and Richard!
