    Fluffy was fantastic. I had a pipe rupture after business hours and he was at my house within an hour. Everything was communicated well and the whole process was smooth. I am a first time customer and will surely be returning should I require future services. What could have easily been a major problem turned out to be a great experience all things considered.

    Fluffy came out for a late night call and was able to come to our rescue within 30 minutes. Probably the coldest night of the year. He needed to come back out the next day and was able to fit us into his schedule on New Year’s Eve. We are so grateful for Fluffy and the Brown Plumbing team.

    After coming home from work to discover a leak, I called this company for repair. From placing the appointment, to Abel coming out to fix the problem I had a good experience. My appointment was in the morning a few hours after me getting off, so I mentally and physically was all over the place, but Abel was patient with me which I greatly appreciated.

    Charged $4300 for a $1300 tankless water heater install. They didn't change pipes or move things around as they went with a Navien 180 that does not require gas refitting. Copper that was added for the fitting is viewed in the image attached. While $3000 in labor/materials is something I agreed to because I was told they were a quality plumbing company so I expected to pay more than any regular ol' plumber, I did NOT agree to having a massive whole cut into drywall and left open. Since they had already done it, I reluctantly said "I guess I'll get that fixed" only to find out that the new copper they ran was in the way of the wall. I called to get that corrected and was ignored for 4 days until finally they sent someone fix it...... THEN TRIED TO CHARGE ME MORE TO FIX WHAT THEY DID INCORRECTLY. Typical "plumber behavior" - buyer beware. I've already found a better, honest appropriately priced, and thorough plumber. I hope the inflated profit was worth review. Also, no permit was pulled nor was the work inspected.
