  I’ve been using to Barineau service my HVAC for several years. The quality of service and timeline. I highly recommend the maintenance plan they offer. Steve the technician was great!

  James and crew did a great job! The HVAC access was in my daughter’s room, they did great protecting everything and cleaning up. Highly recommend them!

  Drain line was clogged, so it shut the unit down. I checked the drip pan, which h was dry, but since I had service not that lo g ago where the drain line was blown out, I didn't check it, thinking it would be fine, your tech. explained how that could have happened, it made since...so just bummed a little that something so minor, that I could have easily resolved myself, cost me $100, and thats with my service contract, but now I know to check that before I call next time. As far as the technician goes, Dustin was great, knowledgeable, personable, great to work with, he's welcome at our home anytime.

  A big thank you to Rachel and Garret with Barinau. From making the appointment with Rachel to the professionalism and honesty of Garret made this repair smooth and seem-less. I was unaware that I had a full warranty on my system and while Garret was working on the quote he discovered this and informed me that the repair would be covered under the warranty.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was our second time using Barineau Heating and Air Conditioning in the last 30 days, and they’ve been excellent both times. Even though our AC was installed by another company, Barineau’s service and customer care have been outstanding. We worked with two different technicians, Mike and Dustin, and both were professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. I’m very customer-service oriented, and this company truly delivers. Highly recommend!
