Bo and his partner were awesome fixed both my water Spickets in front and back of home quickly and now I have no issues I did pay for yearly plan up front with hvac and water heater service and inspection so the price was more than it would have been for one time repair however being a person that is not handy in the plumbing world I am glad to have invested in this. Thanks Coopers Pluming and HVAC

I had to wait a little while before writing this review because I have been extremely upset with the service provided by this company. In December 2024 this company installed a walk-in shower at this residence. At the time, they were the only company who we had gotten a consult from who said they could do the full service and have a subcontract come in and fix the wall that they had would have to tear down in order to make a tub-shower combo into a walk-in shower. Needless to say we utilize them, as we have "ONLY" used this company since our home was built in 2019 for Plumbing and AC. Cooper team completed their part in December of 2024, the subcontractor work was completed in January 2025. Needless to say the $6820, which we had financed through them and we are still paying for was botched from the start. In March of this year 2026, we noticed that the shower had something lifting from it, but once we were able to get up there and see- we noticed moisture had been coming from behind the wall; for who knows how long, and look as though mold and mildew was setting in. The extremely wet parts, feel apart once touched. We immediately called the company we have exclusively used in our home since we had it to come check out what was going on. This is where the disaster begin. Of course, something of this magnitude in a fairly new home, should not be occurring. They sent a technician who fought tooth and nail, gaslit, and tried to make the issue a "homeowner" issue. Told us the warranty was out, and that the shower-head that "THERE" subcontractor changed out- was not warranted; so basically stating that the external shower-head caused the damage, and they were not responsible. If water was hitting the wall from the front, that would be something we could have seen and got rectified- which wasn't the case. After reviewing the 4 page report, the technician discovered that there was a leak caused by lack of proper sealant at the connection point IN THE WALL. So basically stating they never did it right to begin with. This was a latent defect done by THEM and/or their subcontractor- but basically THEM; and basically holding us accountable for the damage. This was something that took time to manifest, and once we finally caught it the damage had already been done and instead of them taking accountability they proceeded to charge us $242 for the leak detection. We requested a manager call and the full details of the subcontractor. Cooper has not released that information to us nor did the manager Chris Savage ever call. He was too busy to take a few minutes out of his day or return a call to a customer who they have probably over the years gotten well over 10k for maintenance fixes here and there that come with homeowner's. We were told to call a handyman to replace that area and spray vinegar if we suspected mold or mildew; however, the shower is now currently safe to use. If you want to be ripped off, dismissed, and have a botched job done by a company; this is the right place. Please take your money else where. We have not used the shower since! NOT sure IF the problem is really fixed, or what kind of additional money we need to pay to get this damage wall area replaced, as the attitude of the technician was 0 out of 10; and with that attitude who can believe he didn't purposely do bare minimum and there's a slow leak again back there. He took pictures of the side of the shower, I'm thinking the shower wasn't properly installed but he was apprehensive about including that in the report, as the company would be held liable. This is very unacceptable for a job to fail this soon and on top of that cause damage from a company we trusted. This occurred on March 31, 2026.
They came to fix my AC but then signed me up for some monthly service. I didn't realize I was paying them a monthly service for quite some time. I called and told them to cancel it. I don't know what that monthly subscription was for since I never received anything from them since their first visit. So, they basically just swindled me out of a couple hundred dollars by charging me monthly for nothing. I was able to cancel the monthly service but I didn't get anything back.

I’d like to give Bo McDonald and Alexis Smith kudos. They installed my new natural gas hot water heater. They’re a great team. I appreciate their time. They were not rushed. They were willing to do extra while completing their primary job. They installed a new laundry sink that was temporarily out of service. Now I have brand new sink and hot water. This is a new company for me and I hope we can maintain a positive relationship over the next several years.
If zero stars were an option, that would be the appropriate rating.
We contacted this company for what should have been a straightforward issue: a leaky faucet in our upstairs tub. Instead of addressing the actual problem, we were told we needed a water pressure regulator--at a cost of over $1,000. While the diagnosis seemed questionable, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and approved the work.
We were then told the issue would resolve within a few days.
In reality, less than 24 hours later, the leak is worse than before.
When we called to report that the repair had clearly failed, we were informed it would cost an additional $200 just to have someone return and look at it. Charging a service fee to reassess a problem that was not fixed--after an expensive and likely misdiagnosed repair--is indefensible.
They sent another tech out who told us that it was the cartridge that he could fix it, but he'd have to charge us and it might not actually fix the problem, so more money over a problem that should have been fixed the first time.
These experience raises serious concerns about whether the issue was ever properly diagnosed in the first place, or if unnecessary work was recommended instead of addressing the root cause.
We also had an HVAC service scheduled, which we have since canceled and we canceled our company membership for free service calls and discounts on services which is a joke. Based on our experience, we have no confidence in the quality, accuracy, or integrity of their services.
Proceed with caution.
