  I noticed it was warm at 9 pm last night. My a.c. had stopped blowing air in the house. I called Barineau, left a message with their answering service and received a call back from Garret Brown, the service technician on-call. Garrett came to my house, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and seamlessly. I was able to rest comfortably by my usual bedtime. Garrett was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I'm so glad that I have a service contract with Barineau. There was no extra charge for the after hours visit and repair, and it was a pleasure to work with Garrett. Thanks Barineau! Thanks Garrett!

  I had a new AC system installed June of 2024. I did not have a problem until … It quit working April 26, 2026 (on a Saturday) . I called and requested they come out to fix it. They wanted to charge $325 “because it was a weekend”. I explained It’s a new unit less than 2 years old… they went back and forth with me not wanting to respond until a week day without charging me. This is extremely frustrating. This company had no regard for me being without air conditioning in Florida with an eight month old at home. They were more concerned about it being a weekend and only wanting to send someone on a week day. I’d choose a different company all together if looking for a new system or maintenance.

  Gary and the entire team was great. First they covered our floors everywhere they were going to be working and left everything clean when they were done. Access to our attic is inside a very tight closet, si they even taped plastic around all our clothes. They were all so polite, friendly and got the entire job done so quickly. They checked each air duct before leaving and showed us how to use the new thermostat. Very pleased!

  Fast friendly service. DALTON arrived as scheduled on time. Listened to our concerns. Upon inspecting A/C literally placed his hand on fan guard and diagnosed issue. Tightened six screws and problem solved. He additionally opened unit and tested while making sure no additional screws were loose. While the repair was simple DALTON diagnosed promptly and correctly

  Todd did an excellent job cleaning out our dryer and duct work for both our dryers. He went above and beyond to clean all around the dryer , baseboards and interior of dryer while unclogging the duct work Todd was professional , easy to communicate with and worked efficiently while at the house ! Also cleaned up everything when he was finished Highly recommended !!
