  I hired Florida Patio 504 for an outdoor kitchen project in 2024. The project did not go as agreed, and despite repeated efforts to resolve the issues directly over an extended period, the situation could not be corrected. After 2 two years of dealing with the dispute, including the court process, the matter was ultimately heard in Broward County Small Claims Court (Case No. COSO24069051). After hearing testimony and reviewing the evidence, the judge entered a judgment in our favor. The full case file, including the contract, communications, and exhibits from both sides, is part of the public record. If you are considering working with this company, I strongly recommend reviewing the publicly available court filings before making an expensive decision.

  The team at Florida Patio 504 did an incredible job in bringing our backyard to life with a beautiful pergola. From the start in working with Juan Mantilla in the design of our project through working with Sandra and the installation team to complete the project, it was a very smooth and professional process. A great company, with great people who make projects like this happen! We highly recommend Florida Patio 504. Thank you for making our project a success.

  Couldn’t be happier with the 504 team. Heber was amazing in bringing our pergola/outdoor kitchen project to life and very easy to work with. Salome was great with the permitting even though dealing with the cities can frustrating. She’s keeps that aspect on track regularly following up. Sandra and Dayanna also were fantastic during the actual construction of the pergola. They kept us updated on the progress of the work and when the crews would be performing it. The owner Sammy also got involved and helped us with hard to find material for the ceiling and privacy walls. All in all I would recommend this company 100 times out of 100.

  Not many companies deliver what they promise, this company did that and beyond. Working with Heber Hernandez, was exceptional. He guided us throughout the whole process and was respectful of our budget and needs. From Pergola design, kitchen equipment and accessories, he made the project a pleasant experience. The quality of work was also outstanding. I highly recommend working with Heber and this company.

  Excellent excellent! Recently finished my project. I did a full patio remodeling, including pavers , turf, a summer kitchen, and a pergola. The project went smoothly considering how tedious it is to get all permits in my city. Communication was great with the FP504 team. It’s a very structured company. Sandra for operations, Juan for commercial, Salome for permits. Everyone is responsible for their part, and things run smoothly. They were very accommodating to changes in the design and project. They provided renders, which facilitated the decision-making greatly. When we got OKs to work from the city , they would send crews of 6-8 people at a time. Very fast. It didn’t come cheap, but I was looking for something of top quality that could last 20-30 years. Having said that, Samy, the owner, was always open to fair negotiations.
