  Not many companies deliver what they promise, this company did that and beyond. Working with Heber Hernandez, was exceptional. He guided us throughout the whole process and was respectful of our budget and needs. From Pergola design, kitchen equipment and accessories, he made the project a pleasant experience. The quality of work was also outstanding. I highly recommend working with Heber and this company.

  Excellent excellent! Recently finished my project. I did a full patio remodeling, including pavers , turf, a summer kitchen, and a pergola. The project went smoothly considering how tedious it is to get all permits in my city. Communication was great with the FP504 team. It’s a very structured company. Sandra for operations, Juan for commercial, Salome for permits. Everyone is responsible for their part, and things run smoothly. They were very accommodating to changes in the design and project. They provided renders, which facilitated the decision-making greatly. When we got OKs to work from the city , they would send crews of 6-8 people at a time. Very fast. It didn’t come cheap, but I was looking for something of top quality that could last 20-30 years. Having said that, Samy, the owner, was always open to fair negotiations.

  We recently worked with Florida Patio 504 on our new outdoor kitchen and pergola, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience or the final result. Heber was our sales representative and was incredibly helpful and easy to work with, taking the time to customize every detail of our kitchen and pergola to what we wanted. The rest of the sales team — Sandra, Dayanna and Salome — were always easy to reach and responsive to all of our questions and needs along the way. The construction team was very professional, did a beautiful job, and left the space clean every day. The project was completed in a reasonable time frame, and they were very accommodating in working around another project we had going on at home. Overall, we are very pleased with their work and with how well they treated us throughout the process. Highly recommend Florida Patio 504!

  I can't say enough Great Things about Florida Patio 504 .. The Owner Sammy and Sandra in the Office were Incredible to work with. She kept me informed during every step and the Workmanship and Crews who did the work were flawless.. They Truly helped us design and create the Perfect Outdoor Kitchen and Pergola for our space.. I chose this company based on how Great the Owner and Sandra seemed along with strong reviews.. and I can truly say ... you can't go wrong with this Company and finding someone like this in Sofl is rare.

  I can't begin to tell you everything about the great experience that we had from FL Patio 504. Make sure that you ask for Heber (consultant and sales rep), he guided us to make a better decision than what we had in mind (from location to the sun angles). So, starting with Heber (Sales), Salome (Processing), other office staff and including Sammy (owner) they couldn't have been better. Now to the construction crew, they are INCREDIBLE! We own a Home Repair company and wish that our team was as professional and clean as these guys! Believe it or not, they would use a Wet/dry vacuum (outside) to clean up daily!!! Amazing! The City Inspector was even amazed! He said that once he knew the builder, he was sure that everything was done beyond requirements. Now...on to the Pergola and concrete slab (21'x25'), we love it and more than happy with the end produce. There is no doubt that it is the strongest Pergola that I have ever seen including in commercial buildings. You can't go wrong...with FL Patio 504. (PS...if only the Building Permit would have been faster. This is nothing to do with FL Patio, in fact without them the process would have extended much longer. Thier relationship with the County was definitely beneficial. Some of the county's idiotic requirements plus all their Red Tape Paperwork Process made us frustrated a couple of times.)
