Heber was our sales representative and was incredibly helpful and easy to work with, taking the time to customize every detail of our kitchen and pergola to what we wanted. The rest of the sales team — Sandra, Dayanna and Salome — were always easy to reach and responsive to all of our questions and needs along the way. The construction team was very professional, did a beautiful job, and left the space clean every day. The project was completed in a reasonable time frame, and they were very accommodating in working around another project we had going on at home. Overall, we are very pleased with their work and with how well they treated us throughout the process. Highly recommend Florida Patio 504!

I chose this company based on how Great the Owner and Sandra seemed along with strong reviews.. and I can truly say ... you can't go wrong with this Company and finding someone like this in Sofl is rare.

Very easy to deal with, and very easy to communicate with. They were timely, accurate, and on point with everything from estimates to execution. Heber and his team did such a phenomenal job with our turf, tiling of our dock, landscaping, and our beautiful outdoor kitchen. Not once did they want to push their own ideas or agenda. We got exactly what we envisioned we’d have. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Thank you Heber and 504 team!
- GRGary RSep 17, 20255.0I can't begin to tell you everything about the great experience that we had from FL Patio 504. Make sure that you ask for Heber (consultant and sales rep), he guided us to make a better decision than what we had in mind (from location to the sun angles). So, starting with Heber (Sales), Salome (Processing), other office staff and including Sammy (owner) they couldn't have been better. Now to the construction crew, they are INCREDIBLE! We own a Home Repair company and wish that our team was as professional and clean as these guys! Believe it or not, they would use a Wet/dry vacuum (outside) to clean up daily!!! Amazing! The City Inspector was even amazed! He said that once he knew the builder, he was sure that everything was done beyond requirements. Now...on to the Pergola and concrete slab (21'x25'), we love it and more than happy with the end produce. There is no doubt that it is the strongest Pergola that I have ever seen including in commercial buildings. You can't go wrong...with FL Patio 504. (PS...if only the Building Permit would have been faster. This is nothing to do with FL Patio, in fact without them the process would have extended much longer. Thier relationship with the County was definitely beneficial. Some of the county's idiotic requirements plus all their Red Tape Paperwork Process made us frustrated a couple of times.)

Even with the rafters being in back order, Florida Patio worked everyday including Saturdays to get the job done. We couldn’t be happier with how our pergola and privacy wall came out. Juan, Salome and Sandra were amazing to work with. They were both so nice, caring, understanding and just a pleasure to deal with. They would both answer my texts right away when I had questions or concerns and always made sure to follow up. I would hire them again and definitely would recommend Florida patio to anyone that needs a beautiful pergola!
