We purchased the bed and upon delivery the delivery crew, upon unpacking found a defect and reported it to Carlos. He ordered a new one and replaced it without question or hesitation.

The wallbed exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and overall appearance, especially comparing it to one we purchased many years ago. And yes, it’s extremely comfortable as well. Manuel was very knowledgeable and professional. During installation it was noticed that the shelves were missing. Manuel came out the next day and brought them. THAT Is commendable service! From there, we were able to make adjustments to ensure the closet and wall unit were exactly what we wanted. More importantly, Manny and Carlos along with the rest of the office staff are so friendly as well as very good at what they do. The installation was done exactly when promised and the installation men were great! I will be recommending them to others looking for their services. We appreciate all of you at Wall Beds Plus!
