  Phil was great. I had some issues with some solar panels on my sailboat out in the Gulf. While I limped my way back to Marathon, he helped me to understand what I needed and let me ship some replacement panels to him. He brought the panels and tools and installed the new ones quickly and efficiently.

  Highly Recommend Phil Johnston Electric! I can’t say enough good things about Phil Johnston Electric. Phil is one of those rare professionals who’s not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also genuinely dependable and honest. He showed up on time, took the time to explain what needed to be done, and completed everything efficiently without trying to upsell or cut corners. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about doing things right the first time. His pricing was very fair — no surprises or hidden fees — and the quality of his work speaks for itself. It’s such a relief to find an electrician you can trust, especially in the Keys where reliable tradespeople can be hard to come by. I’ll definitely be calling Phil again for any electrical projects, big or small.

  Phil Johnston and his team have done work for me several times for both my home and my business. Not only is Mr. Johnston's competence clear (when asking what needs to be done, he asks questions and investigates details other contractors do not pursue), but he is personable and his crew respectful. Once he clearly understands not only what I want but also what he's dealing with, he offers clear options and pricing and knows local codes inside and out! Once authorized, he gets the job done pronto! When you need to get work done, Phil Johnston Electric is who you need to call!

  We had Phil Johnston Electric out to handle some electrical work and they exceeded our expectations. Fast response, honest pricing, and excellent craftsmanship. It is hard to find reliable electricians but these guys really delivered!
