  So disgusted . Bought a new system in 2022 and signed up for monthly service . Fast forward to last week and rusty water coming into the toilets . Called and they couldn’t get anyone out till the next day . When they came , the just dumped salt and citric acid and charged me 187 dollars. They obviously didn’t bother to check anything else . It didn’t fix the problem and when I couldn’t readily reach anyone , I called another company . He took the lid off and found the below photo and a huge rat! I am now buying another brand new system . Do NOT use them. Updated to add I did call them and let them know and sent them this photo . I am still waiting for a return call that I am sure will never come . They don’t care . Stay away from them .absolutely no excuse for this gross negligence! Update 2: still waiting weeks later and no calls . Unbelievable!

  It is a pleasure to work with Peter’s. They are very professional, timely and willing to work with my schedule. Andrew was my technician this week and was so knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant. I highly recommend them!

  Jesus and Luis did an awesome job replacing our pump and timer. The front office was also extremely helpful in estimating cost which was very fair and reasonable. Would recommend Peter’s to anyone.
