  If I could give Floors Direct 10 stars I would!! We have used Floors Direct for several projects including, whole house floor replacements for two homes, two primary bathrooms and one guest bathroom. The service provided, from selection - to sales - to installation...exceeded our expectations again and again. Joe S. is amazing and has the very rare quality of actually listening to the needs of the customer. He is skilled at interpreting your vision for the decor you want, guiding you to just the right tile and accent solutions. Additionally, he helped us to find the perfect look and stay in budget for projects when we had limited resources. Carlos, the installer we have had for all our projects, is extremely talented and clearly has trained and passed along to his crew - his talent and attention to every detail. For future projects I would not consider going anywhere other than Floors Direct!! Thank you Joe S. and Carlos M. for your outstanding work and service!!

  I can’t say enough great things about Floors Direct. If I could give 6 stars, I absolutely would. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth. Their team and contractors were professional, easy to work with and very straightforward about everything. There were no surprises and they were very helpful with pricing and timing. The quality of work on both my floors and trim was just amazing. Floors Direct is truly one of a kind. I would recommend them 100 times over.

  From our first encounter with our salesman, Eric, to the final day of installment, this has been a great experience. Eric was so helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. The installment crew, Southern Finest Flooring, were amazing. They were so careful with my possessions as they took them out of and put them back into the 3 bedrooms, hall, and family room. They did an awesome job installing the floors and they look beautiful. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience.

  I had a great experience with Floors Direct from start to finish. The two men who came to install my carpet were incredibly nice, professional, and hardworking. They paid attention to detail and made sure everything was done thoroughly and correctly. The customer service throughout the entire process was excellent, and the final result looks amazing. I’m very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing new flooring! I will definitely be using them again in the future.
