When I reiterated that my window was open, and asked if they could do anything sooner, I was told they would call me right back. A little bit later, Kerry Kegel from the company was at my door. In a matter of minutes, he was able to get my window shut, and insisted on washing my window and surrounding area of any debris he caused. He could not have been nicer, and the company certainly took my open window problem seriously. I really appreciate the service I received and I will definitely reach out again should I have a need. I highly recommend this company to others. Thank you Kerry and Window Doctor. P.S. Kerry also brought my empty curbside trash can up to my garage. An added bonus!
