  I was referred to this company by a friend, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Toby came out to give me an estimate while I was at work. When I returned home, I discovered that my backyard gate had been completely torn off the PVC. I contacted Toby and asked if he had caused the damage. He laughed and said, “Well, at least I picked up your call.” He later admitted to breaking the gate and told me he would fix it only if I chose his company to install my gutters. I told him I wanted the gate repaired before allowing them to do any work on my house. He said someone would come out to fix it. No one ever did. From that point on, getting a response was nearly impossible. I repeatedly called Toby and his office, only to be sent straight to voicemail with no callbacks. I received a few vague, illegible text messages from staff (Lisa), but no real answers or resolution. What started as a simple estimate turned into damaged property, unprofessional behavior, and complete lack of accountability. I would not recommend this company.

  The salesman Mike was well prepared and knew his product. He gave me an estimate the Same , didn’t have to wait a week to get a price.. Few days later, the install. The two installers were friendly and very respectful. They worked fast and clean.

  My gutters look great! This company was very professional and easy to work with. I like that they offered different types of gutter guards and provided samples of each to help us make our decision.

  Our experience with gutters by Tk was seamless. I recommend them. Michael came out and did an estimate that was very clean and easy to visualize and understand. Much better than other quotes we received. The crew that came to install were pro’s at this. Left me confident in their work. Communication was good. Costs were similar to others and we got top notch service. Thanks TK!
