  I cannot say enough great things about Solace Roofing and the experience we had working with them. From start to finish, their team was absolutely fantastic. The customer service was truly exceptional. Every question we had was answered promptly and professionally, and the entire process felt smooth and stress free. Zak was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we felt confident every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such genuine kindness and patience. The crew that came out to do the work was just as impressive. They were polite, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. What stood out the most to me was how clean and organized they kept the work area throughout the entire project. At the end of each day, they made sure everything was tidy and safe, which I really appreciated. It’s clear that Solace Roofing takes pride in both their workmanship and how they treat their customers. The quality of the work speaks for itself, and the level of care they showed our home made the whole experience even better.   We are glad we chose Solace Roofing for our roof replacement. From the initial consultation with Matt providing and guiding us with the process, to Ixchel, who was in constant communication with us, and Billy overseeing and being on-site throughout the entire installation, and the entire group of roof installers working with diligence as a team from morning until dawn to get the job done. No complaints with this company at all. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a roof replacement. Thank you Solace Roofing for your excellent service.

  02/11/26 THE NEW ROOF LOOKS GREAT, THE EXPERIENCE WAS A NIGHTMARE. THEY ARE ALL VERY NICE PEOPLE BUT: RUST SPOTS IN THE POOL FROM NAILS LEFT OVER NIGHT THAT I AM STRUGGLING TO REMOVE WITH MURATIC ACID THAT COST $10 PER GALLON. A POTTED PLANT THAT WAS DESTROYED DURING TEAROFF.(COULD HAVE BEEN MOVED BY THE CREW. I EVEN ASKED THE FOREMAN IF THAT PLANT WAS OK NEXT TO THE HOUSE. HE SAID YES. THE DUMPSTER HIT A GARAGE SCONCE LIGHT AND BENT IT IN. THEY BROKE SEVERAL FENCE CAPS. THE DELIVERY TRUCK MADE MASSIVE DITCHES IN THE FRONT YARD THAT I HAD TO FILL WITH DIRT AND NOW I HAVE TO PURCHASE SOD. (GRASS WILL NEVER GROW WHERE THE RUTS WERE FILLED BY ME). THE DELIVERY DRIVER MADE ME SIGN THAT I WOULD NOT GO AFTER THEM FOR THE YARD DAMAGE AND OR DRIVEWAY DAMAGE. IT WAS: SIGN OR NOT, GET YOUR ROOF! THE DELIVERY DRIVER EVEN SAID, "I CANT DELIVER IF YOU DONT SIGN" SOLACE SCRATCHED MY TAVERTINE PAVERS DURING TEAROFF. THEY CAME BACK AND SANDED THEM AND GOT SOME OF THE SCRATCHES OUT. THEY LEFT THE COMPRESSOR ON THE PATIO FOR SEVERAL DAYS THAT CREATED A RUST SPOT ON THE PATIO. THIS THEY DID REMOVE THIS SPOT "WITH MY HELP DURING CLEAN UP." LOTS OF SCUFFS ON THE WALLS AND PILLARS THAT I HAD TO POINT OUT DURING CLEAN UP. THREE WEEKS AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETE, I AM STILL FINDING NAILS STICKING STRAIGHT UP ON THE PATIO AND YARD. SOLACE SAID THEY WOULD GET ME A GIFT CARD TO COVER THE SCONCE AND FENCE CAPS.I HAVE VIDEO PROOF OF ALL OF THIS. Serious shedding! Two and half weeks after install pool is BLACK with granules every day. Having to blow off all around house every day, and finding more scuffs on walls from tearoff. Here is what I found online about the product they use Tamko Titan : Granule Loss (Shedding): Multiple reviews from late 2025 and early 2026 mention significant granule loss on roofs that are only 5–7 years old.Granule Loss & "Factory Shedding": Users and contractors have reported excessive granules in gutters shortly after installation. Some recent February 2026 reviews mention finding significant amounts of "grit" in the packaging before the shingles are even installed . Comparison of Key Concerns, Issue Type, Tamko Titan XT Details, Durability. Reports of premature cracking and splitting in older samples (approx. 5-8 years).Warranty: Historically difficult; often includes binding arbitration which limits legal options.Aesthetics: Risk of batch shading issues and rapid algae staining if not ventilated perfectly. Legal History: While the Titan XT is newer, Tamko's Heritage line faced class-action lawsuits for similar defects. WEEK 4 SOLACE CAME OUT SAID HE HAS NEVER SEEN THIS MUCH GANULE SHEDDING. STILL CLEANING MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF BLACK GRANUALLES 360 DEGREES AROUND HOUSE. TRACKING INTO THE HOUSE. TAMKO IS A HORRIBLE PRODUCT WEEK 4 STILL WAITING FOR MY WARRANTY AND WIND MITIGATION REPORT THEY PROMISED.

  Matt and the team did a great job! Assisted with my insurance claim and Billy was quick to respond with any extra clean up or finishing details. Definitely recommend!
