  Great service started with Liz, who gave me a very competitive quote. After I worked out the details with the insurance company and decided which shingles I wanted to go with, they added me to the schedule two or three weeks later. The roofing crew showed up on time, and worked from 8AM until sunset each day. In three days time I had a new roof and the yard was cleared up like they had never been here. My neighbor was impressed, and Dura Guard Roofing will be replacing her roof next week. Did I mention the 160 MPH shingle rating with the 50 year warranty, which is transferable once within the first 20 years? Great people, great price, and easy no pressure company to do business with!

  DuraGuard was recommended by a good friend who had his roof replaced. Duraguard has done several roofs in his neighborhood. Mike C. came and gave me an estimate, the lowest one I received. Mike helped me pick out a color and style tile for the roof. He had samples from different tile manufacturers sent to my house once we narrowed down what I liked. Mike also explained that they glue the tiles down rather than nailing because the glue is actually stronger. I had the roof installed everything went smoothly. They even clean up using a magnetic to locate any old nails from the previous roof. Several neighbors and friends have remarked that they like the new roof. Mike the sales representative came back to check on the finished job. I’m completely satisfied with the work DuraGuard did.

  I am thrilled with every aspect of my new roof from the initial appointment with the sales representative to the last shingles. Details about the grade of shingles, the shape and design, how they are installed, and the warranty were discussed. He explained the time table beginning with measuring, preparing the contract, application for permit, ordering and delivery of materials and scheduling installation dates as well as how long the installation would take and the final inspection. I felt well informed and completely comfortable with the information and I also feel the cost was more than fair considering the quality of the product. And I would be remiss if I didn't mention the installers. I believe I counted 5 or 6 diligently working on the roof at all times except for the required breaks. When they completed their job, they completely the areas where they had materials and there was nothing left for me to remove. I gladly recommend the company and the skilled installers, men and women, working for Dura Guard. Zelma Porter

  I always fear this type of experience, roofing, not only that it is a big ticket item, but also because there's so much involved in the decision. That said, Dura Guard did everything right in making this as painless as possible. Starting with the initial evaluation and their agent was able to educate me on the options, pros and cons. That lead me to some investigations of my own, and they were able to accommodate my changes without altering the price. The installation was done quickly and professionally and the cleanup was thorough. Overall, all the staff was courteous and professional. I am certain that my next roofing job will be with Dura Guard.

  I hired Dura Guard to install my new metal roof back in August. The sales manager Mike came to my home and spent a lot of time answering all of my questions and made sure I knew every option available to me. I had several estimates and some of the companies just emailed me a quote without even coming to my home. This was a big investment for me so I wanted to make sure I chose the right company . I was not disappointed! From the moment they showed up until my final inspection, the whole team was communicative, professional and very clean! I am so proud of my new roof and even my neighbors compliment it when I see them. Thank you so much Dura Guard!!
