  We have been so impressed with DuraGuard from the estimate process to completion. Sergio came to our home and provided the presentation and estimate, once we decided to use your team he returned with Mike and completed our paperwork and financing and helped us with the HOA. On the day work began we met Joseph our project manager and he kept everything in order and moving swiftly. We saw other roofs in our neighborhood sit for day to weeks, but our’s was done in days. The tear off team was careful and left our property clean which was a concern as we have pets. The day after inspection, Jesse brought the metal and the installers had us all buttoned up in two days!!! Our home looks amazing, hurricane upgraded for insurance, and it will last our lifetimes. last but not least Brandi in the office is awesome. she kept us informed every step of the way, with the HOA, permitting, scheduling, and everything in between. Communication with DuraGaurd and customer service is beyond 5stars. Call them today!

  We feel that we made the best choice for Dura Guard to replace our roof. We got estimates from 3 companies and even after Dura Guard gave us the best price, we thoroughly scrutinized them. We were suspicious of their promises and used car smiles. But I will tell you the truth. They were amazing. Even though Sergio’s wife had just had a baby during our project, he answered every call. They had workers here on weekends and during the night picking up nails around the house with headlamps and sweeping magnets. And when the other companies didn’t believe in 160mph shingles I verified it. They did everything they promised they would do. I even referred them to my boss and they also felt the same way. All FACTS. We actually had 2 roofs with the guest house

  DuraGuard was recommended by a good friend who had his roof replaced. Duraguard has done several roofs in his neighborhood. Mike C. came and gave me an estimate, the lowest one I received. Mike helped me pick out a color and style tile for the roof. He had samples from different tile manufacturers sent to my house once we narrowed down what I liked. Mike also explained that they glue the tiles down rather than nailing because the glue is actually stronger. I had the roof installed everything went smoothly. They even clean up using a magnetic to locate any old nails from the previous roof. Several neighbors and friends have remarked that they like the new roof. Mike the sales representative came back to check on the finished job. I’m completely satisfied with the work DuraGuard did.

  I am thrilled with every aspect of my new roof from the initial appointment with the sales representative to the last shingles. Details about the grade of shingles, the shape and design, how they are installed, and the warranty were discussed. He explained the time table beginning with measuring, preparing the contract, application for permit, ordering and delivery of materials and scheduling installation dates as well as how long the installation would take and the final inspection. I felt well informed and completely comfortable with the information and I also feel the cost was more than fair considering the quality of the product. And I would be remiss if I didn't mention the installers. I believe I counted 5 or 6 diligently working on the roof at all times except for the required breaks. When they completed their job, they completely the areas where they had materials and there was nothing left for me to remove.
