  ⸻ I first connected with Sergio at Duraguard Roofing, and he was extremely informative and helped me feel confident that I was making the right decision in choosing this company. Throughout the entire process, Joseph, the project manager, kept me informed every step of the way. He communicated clearly, let me know what was happening from start to finish, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. The company completed my roof in a very timely manner, and the crew did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Overall, it was just a genuinely pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Duraguard Roofing. The people they have working for them are incredible, and it really shows in the quality of their service.

  My experience with Dura Guard Roofing — from the moment I met Liz Letzing for the estimate to working with project manager Joel Perez — was outstanding. As this was my first roof replacement, I truly appreciated how they educated me on the materials and walked me through every step of the roofing process. The crew did an amazing job from delivery, teardown, and cleanup to the final installation of all roofing materials.   We had a great experience with Duraguard from start to finish. Our initial contact was with Sergio, who took the time to clearly explain the benefits of owning a metal roof and walked us through the costs involved in making this investment in our home. He was knowledgeable, professional, and never pushy. During the installation, our project manager Joseph was excellent. He oversaw the contractors and made sure everything ran smoothly, taking the time to explain the installation process and answer any questions we had along the way. We are very happy with our new Duraguard metal roof and the overall quality of work and communication throughout the project. We would highly recommend Duraguard to anyone considering a metal roof for their home.

  We contacted Dura Guard over six months ago for service. Liz came out to inspect and provide a quote. She was very responsive and helpful when I reached out with further questions. Liz was very patient while I made up my mind on selecting a company. If the 4-5 companies I got quotes from, this one was the most comprehensive one. We needed an awning moved to reach the fascia that needed repair. Dura Guard was the only was the only company that was able to complete all the work. Once I let Liz know that we wanted to move forward, she had Jessie come evaluate the situation. We set a date for the work to be completed. Jessie and his team arrived promptly the morning of the work. They were very quick and efficient. Very clean and professional. I highly recommend them! It’s been about 6 months since the repair. Work was done very well and we are very happy.
