  Duraguard was professional and very good about communication once the job started. It was hard to schedule with them, and they took my deposit and then took a long time (more than. 2 months) to give me a slot. But once they started the job, they were great. They did throw away some stuff like gutters without asking me and that’s gonna cost me some money. But I guess that’s not the biggest deal in the world.

Throughout the entire process, Joseph, the project manager, kept me informed every step of the way. He communicated clearly, let me know what was happening from start to finish, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. The company completed my roof in a very timely manner, and the crew did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Overall, it was just a genuinely pleasant experience.   We had a great experience with Duraguard from start to finish. Our initial contact was with Sergio, who took the time to clearly explain the benefits of owning a metal roof and walked us through the costs involved in making this investment in our home. He was knowledgeable, professional, and never pushy. During the installation, our project manager Joseph was excellent. He oversaw the contractors and made sure everything ran smoothly, taking the time to explain the installation process and answer any questions we had along the way. We are very happy with our new Duraguard metal roof and the overall quality of work and communication throughout the project. We would highly recommend Duraguard to anyone considering a metal roof for their home.
