However, since no agreement was signed and we requested a refund, they do not provide an exact date or timeframe and respond evasively, which delays the refund process. With this behavior, they are effectively retaining funds without any signed contract, in direct contradiction to their own statements and policies. It has now been one week, and we have not received the refund, nor any clear date or timeline for when the funds will be returned. I will update this review once the refund is received to report how long they ultimately held the funds.
