  I had a great experience with Mason at Value Air and Heat. My unit hasn’t been cooling right off and on for a while, so I had them come out for a maintenance and to see what the problem was. He got me up and running very quickly and came back with a few recommendations to keep me cool all summer long! I’ve had other companies come out in the past and they just try to sell me a new system no matter what the issue is. Mason sent me a very reasonable quote for a few things and told me I could probably get several more years out of this system. It was a breath of fresh air to have an honest company come and give me an honest diagnosis for a very fair price! Highly recommend!

  Very happy with this team. They are a smaller company and really went out of their way to help us on a smaller project we needed done with a mini split. Everything looks great and they were able to help us with our budget as well. The team was very friendly, kind, and always available to quickly talk to and answer questions. As a small business owner myself I greatly appreciate all the small details to attention.

  I had a great experience with Value Air & Heat. Their team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The service was efficient, and the quality exceeded my expectations. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

  I've had my HVAC unit serviced for tuneups a few times and the techs have been polite and done good work. Pricing seems average for the St Pete area. Biggest reason they don't get more stars is the scheduling and appointments. I was called 20 minutes before my first appointment window because a tech called out sick, and had taken time off work to be home for the appointment. The second time I was called an hour into the appointment window and told that the tech would be late, and that they would communicate when they were heading over. Again, I had taken time off to be around for the appointment. I understand that things come up and people do get sick, but it was disrespectful of my time.

  Matt was great! He was very knowledgeable and actually knew about mini splits!! Huge relief because I've had so many other companies come to my house just to waste mine and their time due to not knowing anything. Matt showed up during the time block agreed upon and after walking him through everything with my mini splits, he got right to work troubleshooting them. In the end it was determined that 2 of my mini split mother boards were bad and the drain tube was incorrectly installed on the other one. Everything he said lined with what I had guessed was going wrong. Since he has to check on the parts needed for official pricing I didn't get a quote yet but am not worried. Based on my initial impression, I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism and wouldn't hesitate to hire them. If something changes when I finally get my official quote and/or installation, I'll update accordingly!
