  My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received from The Carpet Store. José who was our customer service representative was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. He was quick and thorough, helping us with our choice of tiles, measurements and giving us an estimate of the total job. He also communicated with us throughout the project to make sure everything was going accordingly. Joe, who laid the tiles, was amazing! He was very personable, friendly, was always on time, worked hard and did an excellent job! But best of all, he worked with us each day as we had to remove furniture from each room before he could start the job. He was thoughtful, kind, appreciative, considerate and very clean and organized as he worked in our home. Both José and Joe were outstanding and we certainly appreciated working with this team!

  The Carpet Store is the place to go for any of your flooring needs. They have a large selection of whatever type of flooring you maybe looking for. Brandon was our salesperson and was very helpful. Our new laminate floor was laid in two days. Our installers Dave & Zack did a great job. Everything was ship shape when they finished. Try them you won't be sorry!!!

  In final phase of post hurricane repairs & needed carpet for stairs & hallway. Stopped by & talked to Eric, friendly, knowledgeable & professional. Gave me samples & within a week it was installed. Dave & Zack did an amazing job with the installation! They were professional & courteous throughout the entire process & the job they did was amazing! I highly recommend The Carpet Store for any flooring needs if you want quality, great prices & a trustworthy company.

  Walking away from picking out new floors saying, “What a great experience!” Was not what we expected but it is exactly what happened. When we walked in we were greeted by Brandon. We explained what we were looking for and he took us to the areas where we could find what we thought we wanted. He asked us a few questions, pet’s, high traffic, the look we were going for…” and based on our answers gave us some parameters on which type of flooring would be best and those we may want to stay away from. Then, the unthinkable happened. He actually walked away and gave us time to explore the options on our own. To feel free to walk around and talk and feel and explore. He was never far away and when we had questions he was there to answer them, without hovering, smothering, and selling. The selection is almost overwhelming but in the end we made our selection and headed over to Brandon to figure out cost and timing. Again, we were floored (pun intended) on how smooth the process was. We were told they could start the next week. Brian and his crew were amazing. The previous owners had done a little diy’ing and there are some quirky things to work around but they made it look effortless. They started Wednesday, and it would have been a 3 day job but the quirky bit meant needing quite a bit of leveling. We ended at 5.5 days total and the floors are beautiful. I never in a million years would have thought they could come out this good. And did I mention under the estimated price!!?? I would give as many stars as I could. Top notch business, and employees.
