  Walking away from picking out new floors saying, “What a great experience!” Was not what we expected but it is exactly what happened. When we walked in we were greeted by Brandon. We explained what we were looking for and he took us to the areas where we could find what we thought we wanted. He asked us a few questions, pet’s, high traffic, the look we were going for…” and based on our answers gave us some parameters on which type of flooring would be best and those we may want to stay away from. Then, the unthinkable happened. He actually walked away and gave us time to explore the options on our own. To feel free to walk around and talk and feel and explore. He was never far away and when we had questions he was there to answer them, without hovering, smothering, and selling. The selection is almost overwhelming but in the end we made our selection and headed over to Brandon to figure out cost and timing. Again, we were floored (pun intended) on how smooth the process was. We were told they could start the next week. Brian and his crew were amazing. The previous owners had done a little diy’ing and there are some quirky things to work around but they made it look effortless. They started Wednesday, and it would have been a 3 day job but the quirky bit meant needing quite a bit of leveling. We ended at 5.5 days total and the floors are beautiful. I never in a million years would have thought they could come out this good. And did I mention under the estimated price!!?? I would give as many stars as I could. Top notch business, and employees.

  I had one last project to finish my home from Heline damage , flooring…. My 3 bedrooms had carpet so I went that way again. I looked at several carpet stores and had stopped here a few months back and felt very comfortable with the staff. No high pressure sales pitch and gave me plenty of time to look around. Returned 2 weeks ago with my Girlfriend and we picked out a very nice carpet and scheduled a measurement appointment. They did that then sent me the estimate for my sq footage. It came in way less than I expected so we scheduled right away and got installed this past Thursday. The installation crew called when they were on the way ( store is 20 mins from my house) and arrived right as scheduled. The 2 men were very polite and friendly and were happy to see we had moved most of the furniture out already. 4 hours later they were done cleaning everything up and vacuumed all the new carpet. They were very meticulous with each room and closets. Very Attentive to Details. I could not be happier…. Glad I stopped back! Thank you Corey!

  So from going to store and meeting Brandon our sales rep and the installation of the carpet in our 2 bedrooms. Very professional. David was our installer. Highly recommend this company to all

  I always deal with Kelly Beale. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me pick out both carpet and luxury vinyl for my home and made sure installation was prompt and perfectly done. I definitely recommend Kelly!

  You won't find a better selection or better prices. That makes it worth going. What makes it worth never going anywhere else is the way you are treated. That can't be bought. From the owners down everyone is pleasant, attentive, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend starting every search for flooring at The Carpet Store, I know I do.
