  My experience with Risewell Homes (formerly Landsea Homes) is very mixed but what I can say is that Yescenia is second to none! She took care of my wife and I from beginning to end. She is truly amazing and to be honest, my home buying process without her would've been zero and stressful. She is absolutely awesome, I'd recommend her to anyone who is buying a home with Risewell Homes! She is extremely professional and was available anytime that there was a concern, issue or question. I had an issue early on, who sees to it that it's fixed.......Yescenia! I had a couple of minor issues after closing.....who sees to it that the issues are resolved after she's no longer in charge of our home buying process...........Yescenia! I have nothing but great things to say about her and her professionalism and dedication. If you're lucky enough to have her as your agent or have anything to do with her in general, you're lucky! From the bottom of my and my wife's heart, THANK YOU!
