  BEWARE!!! We had our new roof, siding, and gutters installed by Goode Brothers. The work performed was good quality for the most part. They did however damage my AC condenser coil which almost burned my house down. Little did we know that our unit was running off of heat strips for about a month which really spiked our electric bill. We found out that the condenser was damaged after we made a service call to have it looked at after our house was having issues heating to the set temperature. My wife and kids were the only ones home and the house started to fill with the smell of something burning right before the technician showed up. The electrical disconnect by the indoor unit was melting. The repairman did tell us that they believe something fell from the roof while the work was taking place which was consistent with the damage on the unit. I did some research and found out that our electric usage surged on the first day they started which was the demo of the roof. I was told by Goode Brothers that nothing dropped from the roof would have damaged it. They were removing sheets of plywood from my roof which is heavy enough to cause damage such as this. Of course Goode Brothers denied everything from day one. The new condenser cost us $3,000 out of pocket. Do your homework before hiring them. They also asked for the full balance before the work was even complete which I denied.

  We had a fantastic experience using Goode brothers for a roofing project. The price was less than we had anticipated and the work was done very fast and professionally. Heffe was so hard working, we appreciated his crew’s labor! Would highly recommend Goode Brothers Roofing.

  I recently had Goode Brothers Roofs and Gutters install gutters on my new metal garage, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. I first met Tim on a Friday. He came out to the property, walked around with me, explained exactly what would be done, took measurements and photos, and answered all my questions. That same evening, I received a very professional and detailed written quote. I had two other quotes—neither was as detailed, and both were priced a bit higher. One contractor even gave me a verbal quote over the phone and offered to lower the price if I committed on the spot, which I would not recommend. When installation day came, Gage and Adam arrived on time, were very polite and professional, and got right to work. Tyler also arrived and suggested a few additional touches that would improve the overall appearance—and he was absolutely right. The finished gutters actually make the garage look even better. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up everything thoroughly—no mess, no debris left behind. The downspouts were placed at the back of the garage so they won’t interfere with parking my RV on one side and my utility trailer on the other, which I really appreciated. Overall, excellent service, quality workmanship, and great attention to detail. I highly recommend them.
