Suri is incredibly knowledgeable about the St. Augustine area and the neighborhood, which was a huge help for us moving from North Carolina. It’s clear the community loves him—every neighbor we met during our post-closing walk had something great to say about him! Most importantly, the quality of the home is top-notch. Our inspector told us the house was exceptionally well-built and it passed inspection with flying colors. The pricing was fair, the process was smooth, and we are so excited to officially move in. Highly recommend Suri and the team if you're looking to move to the area!
