    Tyler was the most pleasant person to work with. He took time to explain things. I would request to have him again. I think it was the end of a long day for him but he was most pleasant and seemed to enjoy his work. The receptionist was most pleasant and kept us appraised of the status of our call throughout the day.

    Great customer service from scheduling to the service provider, Denver. Denver was courteous and professional. He kept us informed all during the install and made sure he exceeded our expectations. We will definitely call Lickety Split again and ask for Denver. THANK YOU!!

    Technician had to call his supervisor for his supervisor to quote me $2700 to replace a residential backflow preventer for my sprinkler. Reason for the high cost… permits. Dumb homeowner here… I was going to pay it because I don’t know any better and here’s were things went south. I was expecting to put a down payment for service to be done tomorrow. The supervisor begin to feed me classic, high -pressure sales techniques and tell me that the part has to be secured in the warehouse and all sorts of reasons why I had to lay right now. Red flag, I’m out. Almost had a customer. Update: paid $600 for the same job. I was told that the quote seemed like a lot of digging and concrete work.

    Max was our tenicial. In my opinion he had no knowledge of plumbing or experience. To run the gas line from my hot water heater to a new drop for a range. I don't think he had a clue. The gas hot water heater is off line and he tried lighting the pilot light. Said your out of gas. I asked where the cut off would be. At the tank. Tried to look. Did not havr anything to unscrew the pvc cap on the buried tank. Install a replacement dishwasher. Said he had to do an estimate. After almost 30 minutes, I went to the truck and he had not done the estimate. I was his first out job of the morning after he did not show the day before when I had a confirmed appointment. After the no show (8 to 3) window at 3:15 I called to reschedule. That's when I was given the first out "don't move" appointment. Now you tell me what I think. I think you should be trying to find a way of returning my $99.00 charge. Thank you, a reply is in order
