He has never followed through on major items to resolve and has communicated with us at all. He either has not been given the resources he needs to perform his job effectively by Richmond America, or he is Incompetent. I don’t normally leave reviews and am a very patient person. This experience is more than I can take. Stay away from Richmond American homes at all costs. There are more competent home builders in the area.

My husband and I could not have a more solidly built home with an elegant floor plan. We are currently down- sizing to a Season’s home in Elm Creek to retire. We have again received excellent care under the careful supervision of Titus. He has been so careful to all the building details. Silvia is so professional, too. We receive weekly reports on progress being made, and any questions we had, she addressed them promptly.In these difficult times for builders, Silvia, Titus, and Christian, who assisted us from day one, have demonstrated careful consideration to our questions and concerns, which have been few considering the average obstacles building can present. We commend them and appreciate how sensitive they have been over our eagerness to see our home built to completion. Thank you to all three, hard working professionals. They are the best!
