We called Action Heating and Cooling and they arranged for a service call that afternoon. Our technician, Paul, arrived at the scheduled time and did a thorough assessment. He identified the problem as a circuit disconnect in our attic, repaired that issue and advised us that we did not need to invest in a new thermostat. Paul did a great job explaining and fixing the problem. I was especially impressed with his honesty in directing us to a less costly solution. Highly recommended.

We called for a service appointment and someone was sent out very quickly on the same day to assess it. Terry came out and did a very thorough job and guided us through the decision on which AC unit would be best and quickly worked with the office to set up an installation date after the weekend. Today we had the unit installed and the techs- Riley, Logan and Avery- were prompt and courteous. They took the time to explain what we needed to know and cleaned up the job site nicely. They worked hard and finished by the afternoon and it was a pleasure to have them help us. I highly recommend Action Heating and Air conditioning in St. Augustine, FL.
