  We love Action Air and have used them many times. Yesterday, we had the pleasure of having Sam as our technician. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely polite.   I was having an issue with my current air conditioning unit, which was installed 7 years ago by Action Heating and Air Conditioning. So, I called them up to see if they could help me. Erin answer the phone. She was so nice and helpful. She arranged for Paul to come out that day to check out my system. When Paul arrived, he was very friendly, polite, and resourceful. He diagnosed my problem very quickly and advised me of my options, either a repair or a new air conditioner. After conferring with his supervisors, it was decided that I needed a new air conditioner. Within an hour, Ed, a manager, emailed me nine quotes ranging from $8000 to $15,000. About an hour after that, Michael, the owner, called me to talk about the quotes and their advantages. We had a wonderful conversation. He explained everything about each air conditioner without hesitation. Towards the end of our conversation, it would be a choice between the three highest quotes. I asked Michael which one he would choose for his family. He recommended the second highest air conditioner. He also recommended the AccuClean System for air quality and humidity, in addition to an epoxy based clear coating to protect the unit from corrosion for 5 years. I said yes to his recommendations. The next morning, the new air conditioning unit was installed. Anthony, Justin, and Randell efficiently installed the new air conditioning unit. They worked beautifully as a team, being respectful of my home's interior and exterior. They were very resourceful, thorough, friendly, and professional. Anthony, Justin, and Randell answer all my questions. They also explained the thermostat and the app to me. A few days later, Andrew applied the epoxy base clear coat on my air conditioner. Andrew was also very respectful, efficient, considerate, resourceful, and professional. From my first contact with Action Heating and Air Conditioning until the completion of the installment of a new air conditioner, the service was noteworthy, full of professionalism, friendliness, resourcefulness, efficiency, and respect to name a few attributes. I will always call Action Heating and Air Conditioning to service my air conditioner.

  Had an old unit that was permanently destroyed by a mistake by a technician from another local company. Needed a new unit but did not want to use that same company so went with Action. They gave me multiple options to choose from when quoting me on new units and did not push any particular unit on me. They explained in detail the pros and cons of each unit and made me comfortable with the one I chose. They had to wait a couple days for all the parts to come in and brought me a potable unit to use in the meantime with the option of another if I needed it. Unit has been installed over a year and Action stays in contact with me and has checked the unit multiple times to ensure it is running correctly. Everyone has been nice and professional. I definitely recommend.

  Switched over to this company for a second opinion. The service received was the best! The office staff was always friendly even from the first call and Paul made sure that our AC was fixed promptly! Will use this company from now on!! Thanks again to Paul!! :)

  Riley, Logan and Randell installed a brand new system for us. They provided white glove service! They were respectful, professional, smart and cleaned up after themselves. They’re a terrific team. We are very happy. The warranty offer is excellent and we were looking for a company that we could have a continuing relationship with. Mike, the owner, took the time to come out before and after the job was complete. We highly recommend.
