  5 star repair work. I called for repair service and Frank was here in 2 hrs. Fixed the issue in 30 min. Very professional and friendly. I have a sour taste after he left because of the price. He came, quoted $595. I agreed. I guess my expectation was, wow $595...must be a big complicated job, he will be here for a little while. After 30 min he says, ok all fixed, I am thinking, thats it? Thats $595?? No new parts, just labor? And no revision down to say, $595 is the top end but it could be lower. Nope $595, whether it takes 3 hrs or 3 min. So yes, I am happy with the technician. He came quickly and fixed the issue. But the price?? I could Never recommend to anyone (unless they have deep pockets).

  Super overpriced. No detailed invoice. The technician Dominick made the job done in less than 30 min. Used only two of his little parts which cost about $35 total at local hardware stores (see picture in red). I already had an expansion tank. He charged $535 with no warranty since I used my own expansion tank. $500 for 30 min labor is excessive. I will never use this compony again. I used to have an amassing Plummer in St Johns county who retired and I have never felt overcharged like this.

  David Gray came to my house in Saint Augustine and did a great job. HVAC maintenance was great. Thank you. David Gray came today for plumbing issue. They were very professional.
