  Very unprofessional! First off the lady in the office who runs HR has a very bad attitude. She hung up on me just to call me back to yell at me and then hung up on me again. I was simply calling to see if she received the court order to deduct child support. She got real nasty, gave me personal information on my ex husband (which is a HIPPA violation) and then told me she would refuse any documents related to deducting child support from my ex husbands pay. I do think that is illegal to refuse a court ordered document, but I am not a lawyer so I am not to sure. All she had to say was no ma'am, I did not receive any documentation, please have the clerk of court resend it. I was very nice, I was not rude, even after she started yelling at me. I guess their "Christian company" doesn't believe in fathers financially taking care of their children. So unfortunately, I will be getting the department of revenue involved, and if they do not follow through with the orders, his license will be suspended and then they will be down a dozer driver. You get more bees with honey, but instead she poured vinegar.

  Very rude company will start up big machines before 7am speak rudely to people no respect for home owners
