  I made a appointment via text and was put on the schedule for Thursday between 10-12. I waited around until 12:40 with no curtisy call stating a tech is running behind or even going to show up so, I reached out and let them know ill be going about my days since my time was waisted.

  They were able to come out the same day we called and stayed late working to get our water back on. The tech was very knowledgeable and thorough at troubleshooting and provided a detailed pricing breakdown up front. There were no surprises at the final cost, which was very reasonable based on the skill required and quality of work, and our water pressure is better than it was before.

  We are very happy with All-Tech Water Service . You call them and they actually pick up the phone! Had a pipe burst from the cold temps like many other people. I called at 10am and they had a tech at my house by 2pm. This is the second time Bryce has been out to my house and both times he has been very professional, friendly and took the time to answer my questions and explain my options. He had my water back on asap and the repair done in no time. Highly recommend this company and a big shout out to the tech Bryce for the great service!

  I called them out expecting to put in a iron out system. I already have one. They tested my water did a through investigation and we installed a Tannin system. I felt like they wanted to make sure they were only putting in what I needed. Did not try to over sell me or rip me off. And everything was done in a timely manner. Thank you!
