- NINate IllsleyAug 2, 20181.0Wow this company is a joke me as a tech came out to his house he wasn’t home the wife was home looked at his fridge I explained word for word to the lady what was wrong with her unit we both agreed not worth fixing because of the defrost issues and the right side door fallen apart and the refrigerator was 18 years old so I offered her a option on a newer refrigerator to be a better out come I arranged a delivery the next day and something come wrong with unit that we had to order a part for it to be sure it was working properly before delivery In the meantime you still had a cold box you were not out with a cold box But hey at the end I still have a working fridge
