  Had 3 New entry doors installed. Love them look great. I’ll also be using a window World in the future to replace some windows. I’ve used Window World in Ohio in and and my grandfather‘s. Also used Window World in Beckley, West Virginia. I love their professionalism they’re quality project and they’re outstanding performance of insulation day of their installers and the #Warranty stands for itself. Thank you in the world.   We were fortunate to receive a $10,000 grant through the My Safe Florida Home program to replace our windows, and working with Leo made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Leo came out to our home, took the time to measure everything carefully, and gave us great recommendations on whether to go with double-hung windows or sliders based on our needs. About 3½ months later, the windows were installed, and they look absolutely amazing. They completely transformed the curb appeal of our home. You can instantly see and feel the difference in both appearance and energy efficiency. We’re already considering doing a few more windows in the front of the house in the coming months.   Chris Logsdon was my sales rep and this entire experience was exceptional from quoting, to proposal, to install. I am beyond impressed with the professionalism of Chris, the cal center and the installers, as well as the efficient and CLEAN installation. They didn’t leave a drop of dust or dirt behind. Chris answered my 100s of questions via text through the entire process. The call center was always answered by a helpful human, and I never had to wait on hold or press a million buttons to get to the right department. The window is beautiful and I am beyond satisfied. In fact, I have regrets not replacing all my windows now! Thank you Window World!

  We recently completed a major window replacement project with Window World of Tampa, and the experience from start to finish was outstanding. This was a big job — replacing 26 windows in our 22-year-old, three-level home with hurricane-rated windows, and the team handled it professionally every step of the way. Our first interaction was with Lance during the sales process, and he set the tone for the entire project. Lance was extremely responsive and communicative. He even picked up his phone after business hours and stayed on top of the window ordering and arrival so everything moved forward smoothly. We also found the pricing to be very fair and moderate, especially considering the quality of the hurricane windows we were installing. The installation crew led by Daniel was fantastic. They were polite, hardworking, and incredibly efficient. Replacing 26 windows in a three-level home is no small task, and they handled it impressively — even while using a motorized lift to reach some of the upper levels. We also replaced a sliding glass door. They worked diligently, kept everything organized, and completed the job with only a very small punch list, which is remarkable for a project of this size. The overall Tampa-area supervisor, Keith, was also extremely responsive and helpful whenever small logistical issues came up during installation, such as coordinating the lift. His oversight made sure everything stayed on track. The final result is beautiful. We absolutely love the new hurricane windows, especially the subtle green tint that gives the house a polished look while providing serious storm protection. Overall, it was a true pleasure doing business with Window World of Tampa, and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering window replacement. We would definitely choose them again.
