  I've placed several orders with Window World going back nearly 20 years. They've replaced all the windows in my home and on an investment property I also owned. Their prices have historically been great. While I had some minor issues in the past, they did not prevent me from using them again. My most recent experience though has caused me to no longer recommend them. To make a long story short, over the summer Window World replaced a window that had a leak. The new window solved the leak which was great. Unfortunately while attempting to reinstall the whole window screen, the screen was damaged. The installer said they would need to make a new one and they'd be out in a week or two and install the new screen. They never came back and never called. Quite honestly I forgot about it too until the cooler weather arrived and I went to open the windows again. When I called them 3 months later, they were apologetic and said they would make the screen and call to arrange install. They called back a week later and set an appointment to install the screen. Since the window in question is a 2nd story window directly over a metal roof, they wanted to install the screen from the inside so I would need to be home to allow the installer in. I also needed to remove the blinds and clear access to the window. I took a day off work, prepped the area and waited. By 2pm when no one called or arrived, I called Window World. They initially said I had cancelled the appointment but when I said I had not, they put me on hold and then came back and admitted that there had been an issue in their scheduling software and while the work order was present, it had NOT been sent out to the work crews. They were apologetic but couldn't get someone out till the next week. We rescheduled the work for the following week. I took another day off work and waited. The installer did show up this time but the screen was slightly to large both in length and width so they would need to make a new screen and schedule a 3rd appointment to install the screen. The installer said he took the correct measurements and since it was only a slight adjustment, he could have it corrected in a few days and be back. That was on a Thursday and when I hadn't heard from them by the following Tuesday, I called. I was told that the notes indicated the problems but no updates were available. The rep I spoke with said she would have a manager reach out given all the issues they've had. I finally reached out 4 days later asking to speak with a manager regarding the issue. It was during this call that I was informed that the screen had been ready for install for the past 3 days (basically the day after I called earlier that week), but no one reached out to schedule the install. I asked to speak with a manager and waited on hold for more than 30 minutes. After waiting for 30+ minutes I was told that no manager was available but that they would again have a manager call me that same day. They never called me. To recap, I've taken two days off work, waited 4+ months and i've had to call them on 5 separate occasions all to try and get a simple screen installed, which still has NOT been installed. After all of this, I cannot get a manager on the phone to share my displeasure with their lack of customer service.

  Window World was great! Very professional and timely and cleaned up everything very nicely! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Thank you Window World!

  I was really excited to get my new hurricane windows and I absolutely love the looks of them…. however, I am concerned that when I woke up in my house this morning on our first chilly morning, it was 66° inside. I guess you get what you pay for, as they were least expensive of three companies, by far. when my salesman showed up, he only showed me one type of window! Evidently, I could’ve upgraded…. he was the absolute worst from beginning to end. Many regrets. My advice is do your homework!

  Steven and Rodrigo did an exceptional job installing our windows. They worked efficiently, cleaned up the entire area afterward, and made sure everything looked perfect. The windows turned out beautifully! Window World also offered the best price we found. Highly recommend their service!

  Joseph from Window Word called to inform us that he would be at my home, between 10:00 and 10:30 to replace one window. Well, 10:21 am Joseph was at my door for my repair. This helps us to plan our day, without someone just saying I’ll be there some time today. Our time is valuable too! Joseph was cordial plus very professional which should give Window World a feather in their hat! I’m totally satisfied with Window World product and customer service! Thank You All at Window World!
