  My parents used Window World to replace their entire home's worth of windows and doors. They installed them all in one day and my parents were originally very happy (with the exception of the terrible belittling attitude of their salesman, Mathew Magagnoli and one frosted window they ordered that didn't come frosted) - they figured mistakes happen and were happy to make do until the replacement window came in. Then, after a rain, they saw glue/caulk residue all over the windows that they couldn't get off themselves. Two weeks later, a "stress crack" appeared on a window that had 0 trauma/stress. Now we're months out and they're STILL waiting to get the correct replacement windows. They also had a problem with their brand new sliding glass door that wouldn't lock. They sent techs out multiple times, one time they came with absoultely no tools to work on the door with.... they asked to borrow my fathers. /// in the meantime, before they got upset at WW, I looked into getting an entire home replacement as well. Granted, we were back and forth between doing impact or non-impact. This was back in October. I reached out to Matt again last Friday to ask him if he still had the quotes. He responded with the impact-only (it's about $10k more than the non-impact quote he provided- and since he's a salesman I can understand the hunger) I asked if he had the non-impact quote, he said no but he would come out to measure it again if we wanted and that he could come by on Monday/Tuesday to sign off. I told him I'd like to *see* the non-impact quote again as we were finalizing our decision but would be able to sign off on Mon/Tue given he provided that. I didn't hear from him. I didn't follow up. We ended up signing off with another company today whose windows are objectively better quality (who were also willing to price match to WW) with a shorter lead time and better reviews. I let Matthew know that we signed off on another company and I'd mention his lack of responsiveness to management. He then let me know that my job was "documented as a job that we weren't going to take" - letting me know he scrambled to the system and marked a big "nope" in there after I told him I was going to let WW know that their salesmen prefer not to make sales. I've never been happier to be "misaligned" with a company before- in some ways Matt's an angel for sparing me the drama my parents are STILL going through with their windows. Due to his negligence, I have better than builder-grade windows coming in less than half the time. Thanks, WW, for showing how to lose customers at every step of the process :)

  We reached out to Window World about 4 months ago to get an estimate for 2 replacement sliding glass doors. We received about three estimates from other local companies, but after meeting Leo from Window World we felt we have found the right person to work with. Leo was very knowledgeable, courteous and very attentive. What stood out to us, was even on the night of installation and his day off; Leo stopped by after 6:00pm to make sure we were satisfied. Despite a small scheduling conflict, the sliding doors looked great and we received a fair price overall. The lead installer was completely in charge and made sure his team did everything correct and professionally. The team had to come back the next morning to finish the job because they didn't want to rush to the finish!   We met Leo about three months ago after contacting Window World of Tampa. Prior to meeting him, we had a different window company going door-to-door in our neighborhood and they gave us a quote that was extremely high and honestly gave us serious sticker shock. At the time, we didn’t think moving forward with a window project would even be possible for us. Then we connected with Leo. Leo came out to our home, took the time to carefully measure our windows, and walked us through which window options would truly be the best fit for our specific openings and needs. He was extremely personable, respectful, and genuinely cared about helping us make the right decision — not just making a sale. Fast forward to February 2, 2026, and our windows were installed. The installation crew was just as professional and courteous as Leo, and the project was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. What really stood out to us was that Leo even stopped by after the installation was complete to personally make sure everything looked great and that we were fully satisfied with the project. That level of follow-through and care meant a lot to us. We are extremely satisfied with both the quality of the windows and the installation. If you ever have the opportunity to work with Leo from Window World of Tampa, rest assured you will be in great hands. He is truly genuine, kind, and always has his clients’ best interests at heart.

  We are currently in the middle of a renovation project with Window World of Tampa, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with their representative, Spencer. From the initial consultation, Spencer was the consummate professional. He brought a beautiful sample of the triple-pane hurricane impact windows we were interested in—the quality, the argon gas insulation, and that subtle green tint are exactly what we were looking for to enhance our home. A few things that have really stood out: Precision: Spencer did a fantastic job measuring every detail to ensure a perfect fit. Communication: He has been extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Efficiency: We were originally expecting a March installation, but the team is tracking ahead of schedule, which is a wonderful surprise! We are very excited to get these windows installed. We know they are going to significantly improve our quality of life and the overall aesthetic of our home. I highly recommend Spencer and Window World of Tampa for their professionalism and customer-first approach. I look forward to posting a follow-up review once the installation is complete, but so far, we couldn't be more satisfied!

  Daniel K the sales manager did a great job explaining the product and provided me a very fair price. FHIA was going to charge me more and not touch the back area that I needed done and Window World did the whole house and provided a much better deal. When I told FHIA about the fact I was in the my safe florida program they still tried to pressure me into signing that day, however if you do it before you are approved you will not get the grant. I told Daniel K up front that I was getting the quotes due to me being part of the MSFL program and he told me not to sign anything until after I get approved which I knew was true. There was no pressure and shortly after I got approved I went with Window World. The follow up after from the support team was great. The install crew were very polite and did their best to minimize any dust. I also loved the job they did and I am very happy with their impact doors and windows. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking to get any work done and even more so if you are part of the MSFL program and wanting to protect your house and get the grant.
