He took the time to explain everything clearly and even made great recommendations based on the size of each opening. For windows larger than 52 inches, he suggested sliders instead, which made a lot of sense. He also noticed that one of my exterior concrete window sills was broken—something I wasn’t even aware Window World handled. Leo advised replacing it, and I really appreciated his attention to detail and honesty. Today was installation day, and I couldn’t be happier. All the windows look absolutely amazing. The installation crew was awesome—professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. We are extremely happy with the product and the entire experience. If you ever come across Leo or Window World Tampa, don’t hesitate—these guys will definitely guide you in the right direction.

He came out the very same day, gave me a full window demonstration, and walked me through how the windows operate, including how they open from the inside for easy cleaning. I had a few friends with me during the appointment, and he took the time to explain everything clearly so everyone understood. Leo also helped me design the most efficient and cost-effective window layout for my sunroom. While measuring, he noticed that my back door needed to be replaced, and on his return visit, he realized my laundry room door was also rubbing and in bad shape. He measured everything, put it all together into one project, and even helped set up a financing program stretched over 5–10 years, making the entire project extremely affordable.
