The ability to combine the features of their other model home designs into our design created for us the perfect home to fit our needs. We commuted from Miami every other weekend to check on the construction and to visit their office. Tommy (T. E. James) and his wife along with project managers and office staff are great people. We were always notified of what was happening with the build as the construction went on. The result was an amazing house, modified to our design, beautiful inside and out. They are flexible as to modifying the design; for example, we reduced the dimensions of two areas in the house to reduce the square footage, simply because we didn't need that much space. It also reduced the overall price of the house. So, if you are looking for an honest, reliable builder who uses quality products and can build what you envision, Tommy James is the one.

It's an extremely well built home with quality materials.
