I had multiple issues just trying to get someone dispatched, and the person in the office was very rude and unprofessional during my calls. When the technician finally arrived, he was at my home for about five minutes and immediately blamed my brand-new dryer without doing a thorough inspection. No breaker or wiring checks were performed. I later hired another electrician who found a burned wire at the breaker, which was the real issue and a serious safety hazard. This absolutely should have been caught during the first visit. Based on the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and inaccurate diagnosis, I would not recommend this company if you’re looking for a careful or reliable electrical inspection.
