When they brought it out to install, it was 2 feet too short & was not large enough for the room. We talked to the owner, but he refused to give us another piece of carpet that would fit! He told us they would seam two pieces together. We were shocked by his rudeness & the way he talked to us, to fix the problem they created! They cut it too short & a decent business would cut a new piece. We’ve had other issues with them before & they don’t stand behind their own mistakes. We do Not recommend doing business with this company!
