- LLLarry LackeyDec 2, 20255.0My technician, Cody, was very professional in his appearance and manner. He worked diligently to find the problem, which turned out to be a manufacturer's defect in the thermostat. He didn't have one on the truck with him and had to get to his next appointment. The office coordinated in meeting with him at my house after his other appointment to get the thermostat to him. The job was completed and I was enjoying my air conditioning!!! Thanks to Coty and the Team at Ellington Air. Larry

They were very clear when explaining the issues with my unit and were transparent about cost. They did everything in their power to work with my unfortunately tight budget. I will continue to use this company for a long time because of their customer service. To say I was thankful and very impressed would be an understatement!
