  The worst experience ever. Last Friday the service window I was given was 12- 4pm, 4.20 still one arrived. I called was told it would another while and a two hour 6 month check up. Had to reschedule. Today technician coals says I requested visit nearest 12 as possible for same window. This I did not request. He came and left as it was raining which in Florida I understand so rescheduled for Friday. Off he goes I had to go out I return to a sauna my air con is not working as said tech left fuse box open and fuse in rain, so had to reschedule another 4-6 window no one arrived yet again. I get a call from forget full frank with the fuse to say he’d just been called to come out to fix what he didn’t finish THIS COMPANY WILL NO LONGER BE RECOMMENDED BY ME I WILL NO LONGER SAY HOW GREAT RHEIR SERVICE IS, last year spent $30,000.00 with them and this is it

  Ellington air is the best! From the initial visit to project completion, every person was polite, respectful and competent. Edgar and his installation team were on time, did a fantastic job and cleaned up so well I wouldn’t have even known they were there. This is the second home they have installed A/C for me and I am 100% satisfied. For the first A/C I got three estimates before choosing Ellington. This time I called them first!

  Sean was great! Called and said he was available before the previously scheduled time, which was great. Showed up and fixed my A/C promptly.....
