- LLLouNov 12, 20255.0I recently contracted with Complete Electric in Sebastian Florida to have a 22KW Generac generator installed using propane. 5 star service from Rick in sales to Ubaldo and Gavin who handled the generator install and electrical side. Daniel from D.C. Cox dropped the tank in the ground with no issues at all. Neat and clean install. Paperwork, permits, utility markings, propane all setup by Complete Electric. They guide you through the entire process and keep you updated on each stage of the installation. I am very satisfied with the level of professionalism by everyone on their team. If you are in the market for a generator I highly recommend Complete Electric. Finally their cost was very reasonable Compared to other companies which had been quoted.

When I called to set up an appointment to have my Kohler generator serviced (locked rotor), the person was extremely nice and efficient. They set an appointment for the next business day. The technician (Mike) actually showed up early. He diagnosed the problem within five minutes (bad battery), and had it repaired within half an hour. He was personable, answered all my questions, and offered very good advice. I'm not sure why some of the reviewers have given them one star, but that definitely wasn't my experience. I highly recommend this company, and I will continue using them without hesitation.
