He was so kind, effectively communicated the issues we were experiencing, and is very knowledgeable in units and how to troubleshoot. Anytime we have called the service line, everyone has also been very kind. Would highly suggest Ellington.

He worked diligently to find the problem, which turned out to be a manufacturer's defect in the thermostat. He didn't have one on the truck with him and had to get to his next appointment. The office coordinated in meeting with him at my house after his other appointment to get the thermostat to him. The job was completed and I was enjoying my air conditioning!!! Thanks to Coty and the Team at Ellington Air. Larry
