  We have used UDC many times, and have been very pleased each time. Tara , in the office, is a delight to work with. She is very knowledgeable and has great attention to detail. All of the workman are very skilled, courteous and work in a timely manner. If we have ever had any issue, they come quickly to rectify any problem. I highly recommend them.

  It took us nearly 4 years to make a decision about our condo flooring and we are so pleased to say we got the job done with the incredible help and craftsmanship at Ulterior Design Center. The moment we stepped into their store we knew we'd be in good hands. Their help and guidance was wonderful and the installation went in so smoothly. I cannot give them enough praise. Thank you, UDC!

  We have worked with UDC in the past and were so pleased with their installation and services. We just recently ordered all our tile for our bathroom remodel from them. They helped me coordinate the tiles and I absolutely love what we picked! Everyone at the store is professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and so easy to work with. Communication is always timely. They are a lovely family run business and I highly recommend them for any flooring needs! They will not disappoint!

  First I’ll start by saying, I’m a fussy customer who takes awhile to make a decision. No problem here which is one of the reasons I highly recommend UDC for your flooring needs. A family owned business for over 40 years with unprecedented knowledge of their product. From the moment we walked into the store on Clark Road, “Jae” an owner, couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating. We chose LVT and spoke about the many options available and narrowed down what was best for us. The installers are employed by the company as opposed to sub-contractors and they have been with the company for many years. Our install, over 2400 sq ft., went smoothly and was completed on time as promised, seamlessly. I’ve also recommended UDC to family and they are also very satisfied with the work done in their home. Thank you Tara and Jae. It’s been a pleasure working with you all!

  We were exceptionally happy with our flooring. This is a family run company, they are great and take pride in their work. Our new vinyl plank floors look gorgeous. We were away when they did the work, and they did everything to perfection. They are wonderful to work with, answer every question, and stand behind their work. We highly recommend them.
