  Danny showed up as scheduled and was very thorough in performing the yearly service. Changed out all the recommended items and left the work area as clean as he found it. Very personable and easy to deal with.

  Our technician, Michael Bragg, came today and did an excellent job. Did the work required, answered all my questions and left the generator spotless.

  This is the most untrustworthy company I have ever dealt with! I contracted with them on Sept 8th of 2025 to install a backup power system for both my homes! On December 8th, without permits, they installed equipment on both my homes and then failed to get county approval to proceed. I worked in good faith (I thought) with David Dumphy for a month to find a way forward, even getting the Sarasota County electrical inspector who initially failed their inspection, to agree with a way forward. David Dumphy was not even reading my emails. He was ignoring my effort in good faith, and just eventually asked me to contact his attorney! Very nice. Now waiting to get my deposit back and damages for perforations in my homes and damage to my electrical system. Stay away from this disreputable company!

  Brandon exceeded my expectations for my first annual Generac Generator service. He called ahead, arrived on time, was friendly and willing provided me with useful information about maintaining my generator and professionally serviced my generator. Great job and asset to Generx.

  I was totally pleased with the service I received from Tom’s visit. He arrived on time and went out of his way to explain my system and offered his assistance to make sure my generator is ready when the next storm hits. He also addressed some prior issues I had with the installation team and volunteered to request a resolution. Tom restored my confidence in GenerX generators.
