I’m still going back-and-forth and have gotten no resolution. I ordered a PTAC Unit which was lost in their warehouse in Georgia and never got delivered. After talking to three different people three different days I finally talk to a supervisor and they had advised me to cancel the first one and re-order another one. I did so and receive the second unit. Now they continue to try to bill me for both units. Save yourself a headache and use a different company. It really shouldn’t be this hard.
