Quick and knowledgable response with no "up selling". Steve, the plumber, is always very courteous and more then willing to explain the details. 2. Prices are more then reasonable. 3. Have NEVER had a problem passing inspection. FIRST TIME EVERY TIME! 4. Not just knowledgable plumbers but a well rounded office all together. We are serious do it yourselfers and my husband could do all these things himself but with how easy Strode makes it and at such great prices it makes more sense to truly leave it up to these professionals! We couldn't be happier using Strode Plumbing and refer them any time friends ask.
